Monster Hunter: Iceborn Master Edition will be released on Xbox One and PS4!
Get ready for a new story to explore in Monster Hunter World! The new setting is an undiscovered location called Hoarforst Reach. The ice cold field is very different from the main game’s ecosystem. The area is also a lot larger and gives players even more content and missions than the original release.
In addition to this new area, there is also a new rank available: Master Rank. With this new quest tier, monsters have become more ferocious and destructive. This type of monsters really suit the ice kingdom. Fight against the horned monster Wyvern Brachydios and defeat the elder dragon Velkhana.

To arm you against these new threats, new gameplay options have been added to the game. For example, the Slinger can be used while you are holding your main weapon, no matter which type you have. Furthermore, new features have been added for the Slinger, such as the Clutch Claw and the Flinch Shot.
The update is available on 6 September 2019 for Xbox One and PlayStation 4. For Steam this update will be available as of January 2020.
