Do you have a complaint or remark about your purchase? Please follow the instructions below:
- Answer the e-mail that you have received from us with your code and tell us what's wrong.
- We will answer your e-mail withing 24 hours, usually within 12 hours.
- Did you receive a code that doesn't work? Then we will check the status of the code and send you a replacing code or a refund.
We only accept the safest payment methods like iDEAL, bank transfer, Mistercash and Giropay.
