Your right to cancel purchases and request a refund depends on the type of product you purchased at Gamecardsdirect.com. In principle, the purchase of digital products and digital content is final. This means that no refund is given unless required by local law or supplier of the specific gift or game card. For all other products, your right of withdrawal expires upon receipt of the code. Digital content that you cannot cancel includes, but is not limited to: Wallet Top Ups, games, game extras, subscriptions, shopping gift cards, calling credit, prepaid credit and crypto currency.

I didn't receive the code within 10 minutes

If you did not receive your code within 10 minutes, it is possible that the email ended up in your spam folder. Therefore, check your spam/advertising/promotional folder. It is also possible that we carry out an extra check with certain payment methods, as a result of which it takes a little longer before you receive your code. This will never be more than 24 hours.

As long as we haven't sent you the code, you can of course change your mind and cancel your order. You have 30 days to change your mind, or until you receive your code.

When will I receive my code?

When purchasing a product, the amount must always be paid in advance, you will then receive your order by email. Is something wrong in the payment details? Please let us know. Please note that we are not responsible for incomplete telephone payments. Make sure you have enough credit on your phone to successfully complete the payment. Incomplete phone payments will not be refunded.

This voucher code is not redeemable for cash and cannot be resold or otherwise exchanged. Will not be replaced if lost, stolen or otherwise redeemed without your permission. Can only be used once.

Redeem your gift card as the last step of your order:

1. Log in to your country's ABOUT YOU website, or register a new account. Even easier: Download the ABOUT YOU app for free!
2. Add your new fashion favorites to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout;
3. When you get to the payment method step, enter the 10-digit code in the field provided;
4. The amount on your gift card will be deducted at the time of purchase.

Choose another payment method for the remaining amount if the total amount of your order exceeds the balance on your gift card. Then complete your order. Please note that ABOUT YOU's terms and conditions apply.
