This product can only be used for US accounts. This code is non-refundable. The right of return expires upon receipt of the code. For any payment offered in currencies other than US Dollars, the gift card may not be redeemable. Please make sure you purchase the gift card matching your Steam account’s country settings.

Gamecardsdirect has no influence on the payment portals of external websites. You are responsible for your purchases and need to check beforehand whether you are able to redeem the code. Once received, digital codes cannot be returned. If the service or webshop in question displays an error message, it is best to contact Steam customer service and inform them of this.

If the code is lost, you will not receive a new code. In case of suspicion of fraud, deliberate or gross negligence on the part of the customer, Steam may choose to block the account. Your right to cancel purchases and request a refund depends on the type of product you have purchased from Gamecardsdirect. In principle, the purchase of digital products and digital content is final. This means that, as a rule, no refund will be given unless required by local law or supplier of the specific gift or game card. For all other products, your right of withdrawal expires upon receipt of the code. Digital content that you cannot cancel includes, but is not limited to: Wallet upgrades, games, game extras, subscriptions, shopping gift cards, call credit, prepaid credit, and crypt currency.

I didn't receive the code within 10 minutes

If you didn't receive your code within 10 minutes, the email may have ended up in your spam folder. Therefore, always check your spam/advertisement/promotional folder. It's also possible that we perform an extra check for certain payment methods, which makes it take a bit longer before you receive your code. This will never take longer than 24 hours.

As long as we haven't sent you the code yet, you are able to change your mind and cancel your order. You have 30 days to change your mind, or until you receive your code.

When do I receive my code?

When purchasing a product, the amount always has to be paid in advance, you will then receive your order by email. Something is not correct in the payment details? Please let us know. Note that we are not responsible for incomplete telephone payments. Make sure you have enough credit on your phone to complete the payment successfully. Incomplete telephone payments will not be reimbursed.

The voucher code is not redeemable for cash and cannot be resold or otherwise exchanged. It will not be replaced if it is lost, stolen or otherwise used without your consent. Can only be used once.

Follow the steps below to redeem your US Steam Gift Card. Please note that these gift cards are for US accounts only!

1. Sign in to your US Steam account via the website;
2. Navigate to your account overview;
3. Select “+ Add money to your Steam wallet”;
4. Click “Redeem Steam gift card or wallet code” on the right side of the screen;
5. Follow the instructions and enter your Steam code.

After completing the redemption process, you are ready to shop in the Steam Store!
