In this new addition to the Assassin’s Creed franchise gamers return to the 15th century. This time around the game is a free-to-play strategy RPG that will be available for iOS and Android, so Assassin’s Creed is an outing of the series on mobile devices, a thing that is not new to the Assassin’s series, since there are also the Assassin’s Creed Chronicles game episodes that were released on mobile devices. Assassin’s Creed Rebellion has a new art-style, that is much cuter than the realistic graphics and characters that the games before Rebellion featured, but do not take this new art-style lightly, because the Assassins in this game are still enormously deathly, bloodthirsty, and they are still looking for revenge and name-clearance.
The release date of Assassin’s Creed Rebellion on mobile devices is December 31st 2017.
Create your own Brotherhood
In Assassin’s Creed Rebellion gamers get the chance to create their own Brotherhood of Assassins, to manage a training fortress for their game-characters, to battle the Templars once again, and to come out on top. The game counts 40 Assassins that can be mastered by gamers, among them are well-known characters, like: Ezio, Aguilar, Shao Jun, Claudia, Machiavelli, and 20 other Assassins that are especially designed for this specific Assassin’s game. You can play with multiple characters in one battle, because this time around the well-known Animus has been rebooted, and is now able to mix the thoughts and memories of more than one Assassin at the same time.
Assassin’s Creed Rebellion’s story unfolds in Spain during the Spanish Inquisition. This mobile game is very elaborate, because you will get the chance to build and manage your own Brotherhood Headquarters with rooms where you can train your Assassins, but where you can also make new weaponry and armour. When you are able to train your Brotherhood up to a good level, than you can unlock new content that you can use to add new content to your Headquarters.
Your fortress is your base before you take your Assassins to the battlegrounds; the gameplay depends on the way you train your Assassins, so it is up to you how your game evolves while playing it. The type of missions you choose also influence the gameplay; there are standard missions to level your game-characters, there are loot missions to collect resources to make new items; next to this, there are legacy missions to unlock new Assassins.
