You can do so much with PlayStation Plus, we understand that it can be a bit overwhelming. Therefore, we have listed and answered the most frequently asked questions for you on this page.

PlayStation Plus is the Sony Playstation subscription service. As a PS Plus member you benefit from exclusive discounts on games from the PlayStation Store, 2 free games every month, access to online gaming and are able to save your game progress in the cloud.
The 3 new PlayStation memberships are: Plus Essential, Plus Extra, and Plus Premium. These new memberships will become valid as of June 23rd 2022. All three of these memberships contain elements of the current PSN Plus and PS Now memberships. The 3 new PlayStation memberships are:
PlayStation Plus Essential: In the membership you get essential monthly features, like: Online multiplayer, 2 free-to-download games for PS4, 1 free-to-download game for PS5, exclusive discounts, and much more.
PlayStation Plus Extra: With this membership you monthly get all advantages of the PlayStation Plus Essential membership, but also a game library with hundreds of downloadable PS4 and PS5 games.
PlayStation Plus Premium: You monthly get all the best of PlayStation Plus Essential and PlayStation Plus Extra, but also demo versions of games, and classic PlayStation games out of an enormous cloud library catalogue.
A PlayStation Plus Essential membership contains the following monthly features: online multiplayer options, 2 free-to-download PS4 games, 1 free-to-download PS5 game, exclusive discounts on i.e. games and downloadable content and much more…
With a PlayStation Plus Extra membership you get the following content on a monthly bases: all advantages of the PlayStation Plus Essential membership, access to an enormous game library with hundreds of PS4 and PS5 games and much more…
All the best of the PlayStation Plus Essential and PlayStation Plus Extra membership, with Demos of (upcoming) PlayStation games, a Cloud with a huge number of classic PlayStation games and much more…
As of June 23rd 2022 there will be new PlayStation memberships, which have the following names: PlayStation Plus Essential, PlayStation Plus Extra, and PlayStation Plus Premium. These memberships have different elements that are already part of the current memberships, PSN Plus and PS Now, but with more added content in each membership.
The prices of the new PlayStation memberships are the following:
PlayStation Plus Essential:
· 1 month: € 8.99 · 3 months: € 24.99 · 12 months: € 59.99
PlayStation Plus Extra:
· 1 month: € 13.99 · 3 months: € 39.99 · 12 months: € 99.99
PlayStation Plus Premium:
· 1 month: € 16.99 · 3 months: € 49.99 · 12 months: € 119.99
No. Once your membership has expired, the content that you have downloaded for free is no longer available. No worries, though. If you start your membership again, all the progress is saved and you can continue!
No. PS Plus codes are country specific. So you cannot purchase a PS Plus code in our Belgian webshop and use it for a Dutch PlayStation account.
No. You do not have to have a PS Plus membership to play a Battle Royale game online.
Go to your PS-Plus section via your PS account. There you can see which 2 games of the month can be downloaded and played for free. We also keep you informed about the new free games;)

Yes! Your subscription is simply extended with every PS Plus code you add.
If you already activated your subscription, you can no longer give it to someone else. Of course you can always give a PS Plus code as a gift!
You can! However, the sub accounts can only use the PS Plus subscription on the primary console of the main account.
You can play the games offline if you have an active subscription, downloaded the game and your ps4 is set as primary.
Your PS Plus subscription runs until the period ends. If you have used a PS Plus code from Gamecardsdirect, your subscription will not be automatically extended if you don’t have an additional payment method linked to your account.
This is only possible with a family account. The sub accounts can use your PS Plus subscription if they do this via the primary console of the main account.
Go to your Plus subscription, then select account overview and go to subscription. There, you see when your subscription expires.

Once the payment is completed, our Game Monkeys will digitally send you the code to your inbox. No email received? Check your spam folder or your folder with unwanted email.
Of course you want to start gaming right away, so having no code is a problem. Is the e-mail not marked as spam or unwanted email? If not and you really didn’t receive any email, please contact our Customer Support.
You will receive your code as soon as the payment is completed. Our Game Monkeys work hard to send you your code immediately. For credit card and PayPal payments it takes a little longer due to the two-step verification. For more info about this, read our terms and conditions.
Go to https://www.playstation.com/en-us/get-help/#!/error-code/ and enter the code. This helps you figure out what the error code is. If you need help figuring out what that error is, be sure to contact us.
