Ordering from our webshop can be done 24/7, we are after all a webshop. Visiting us in person is not possible unfortunately, as we do not have a physical store.

We have tried to keep the terms and conditions in this text as simple and clear as possible, so we will not baffle you with all kinds of difficult definitions or incomprehensible language.

Article 3
We do our best to make you aware of our terms and conditions, as it discusses what we do for you and what we expect from you when you purchase a product from us, otherwise, these terms and conditions do not apply to you. Sometimes a product will have its own separate conditions, but the general Terms and Conditions will still hold true.

Article 4
We always honestly explain to you what, when and how to buy a product, what it costs and how to return it. Promise! If there is a mistake in our product information, then you can hold us accountable for it, unless it is clearly a blunder.

Article 5
Our website is a safe web environment, build and maintained by the specialists at Juice B.V. If you order a product from us, you will receive a confirmation per email. Redeem instructions and other information on the product can be found on our website. It is of course a good idea to save your digital receipt somewhere.

Article 6
If you have not seen your code yet, then it is possible to return it within 30 days. Your payment will be reimbursed within 3 business days. We think ‘Just because’ is a valid reason.

Article 7
You are not allowed to open your email containing the activation code during the 30-day reflection period, or else the right of return will be forfeited.

Article 8
As soon as you have requested to return a code within 30 days, we will do the following: after receipt, we will send you a confirmation and deactivate or resell the purchased code. Upon successful resell you will receive your full payment within 3 business days.

Article 9
We are confident you understand you cannot return the following products: • Redeemed or exchanged gift codes and vouchers • Prepaid credit cards like PaySafe, CASHlib and Neosurf

All mentioned prices are including VAT. Because we send your order digitally, there are no shipping costs.

Article 11
You are entitled to a good product, it is as simple as that. If there is still a problem with the product, we will solve it for you. We always follow all applicable laws and regulations.

Article 12
We do our best to accommodate you in every possible way. If we can no longer deliver the product that you ordered, you will get your money back.

Article 13
When purchasing a product, the total amount must always be paid in advance. You will then receive your order per email. Please let us know if something in the payment details is incorrect.

Article 14
Do you have a complaint? That is very unfortunate. We will do everything we can to help you out. Naturally we have a clear procedure for handling complaints. If you are not satisfied with something, let us know as soon as possible. Please describe your problem as clear as possible, so we can help you the best we can. You will receive a reply within 2 business days. We will then help you immediately, or you will hear from us how much time we need to solve the problem.

Article 15.
Can we really not work it out? Then you can decide to submit the case to the Dutch Foundation for Consumer Complaints Boards within twelve months. That would be sincerely unfortunate, but we respect your decision.

These were our Terms and Conditions. Pretty clear, right? If we decide to make a change in our terms and conditions in the future, you will find those on our website. We will always make sure that these changes do not have a negative effect on you.
