Over five years in the making, Far Cry 6 takes place in 2021 on the fascinating tropical island of Yara, inspired by Cuba. Defeat the Evil Dictator, Antón Castillo
However, as you would expect from a Far Cry game on Xbox, all is not well in Yara. The island is ruled by an evil dictator, Antón Castillo, who players will be spending the game defeating. Played by Giancarlo Esposito of Breaking Bad fame, Antón is trying to conscript citizens to work on tobacco farms and is grooming his son, Diego to be his successor. Players take on the role of Dani Rojas to topple his regime and free Yara from Antón’s clutches.
Acquire All of Far Cry 6’s Weapons and Master Combat and Stealth
As fans of previous games in the Far Cry series will know already, gameplay focuses on armed and close-quarters combat. Players can wield a wild array of guns against enemies such as sidearms, assault rifles, submachine guns, shotguns, light-machine guns, sniper rifles and grenade launchers. It is really up to the player how they want to fight in combat, whether they prefer to focus on stealth or go into missions guns blazing.
