This product is worldwide redeemable, as long as the merchant or website accepts JetonCash as a payment method. This code is non-refundable. The right to return expires upon receipt of the code.

You may only purchase and use a JetonCash code and apply for, access and use JetonCash Services if this is legally permitted in your country of residence. By purchasing and using a JetonCash voucher and using JetonCash Services, you declare to us that your purchase or use of a JetonCash/JetonCash Services is not in violation of any law applicable to you at that time.

I did not receive the code within 10 minutes

If you did not receive your code within 10 minutes, it is possible that the email ended up in your spam folder. Therefore, always check your spam/advertising/promotional folder. It is also possible that we carry out an extra check with certain payments, which means it takes a little longer before you receive your code. This will never be more than 24 hours.

As long as we have not sent the code to you, you may of course change your mind and cancel your order. You have 30 days to change your mind, or until you receive your code.

When will I receive my code?

When purchasing a product, the amount must always be paid in advance. You will then receive your order by email. Is something wrong in the order details? Please let us know as soon as possible. Please note that we are not responsible for incomplete telephone payments. Make sure you have enough credit on your phone to successfully complete the payment. Incomplete phone payments will not be refunded.

The voucher code is not redeemable for cash and cannot be resold or otherwise exchanged. Will not be replaced if lost, stolen or otherwise used without your consent. Can only be used until the balance of the voucher is depleted.

How to use your JetonCash voucher?

When you want to top up your Jeton Wallet, this is how you do it:

1. Log in to your Jeton account via the website or your app;
2. When on the home screen menu choose “Deposit”;
3. Click on “JetonCash”
4. Enter the value of your digital voucher and click “Continue”;
5. Enter the Gift card’s code, the security code and the expiration date;
6. Click “Complete”;
7. The amount on the Gift Card has now been added to your JetonCash Wallet.

Note: This voucher code is valid for 1 year after purchase. A minimum age of 18 is required to purchase this product.
