Digital content that you cannot cancel includes, but is not limited to: Wallet Top Ups, games, game extras, subscriptions, shopping gift cards, calling credit, prepaid credit, and cryptocurrency.

I didn't receive the code within 10 minutes

If you did not receive your code within 10 minutes, your email may have ended up in your spam folder. Therefore, check your spam/advertising/promotional folder. It is also possible that we carry out an extra check for some orders, as a result of which it takes a little longer before you receive your code. This will never be more than 24 hours.

As long as we haven't sent you the code, you can, of course, change your mind and cancel your order. You have 30 days to change your mind, or until you receive your code.

When will I receive my code?

Please note that we are not responsible for incomplete telephone payments. Make sure you have enough credit on your phone to complete the payment. Incomplete phone payments will not be refunded.
