500 NCoins? What are they?

NCoins are a virtual currency that you can use to top-up the wallet of your NCSoft account in order to buy fun in-game content for their free MMORPG Blade & Soul. You can purchase items like skins, pets or even a Battle Pass, so that your gaming fun never ends. NCSoft is a South Korean video game developer, famous primarily for their epic MMORPGs and for creating incredible open-world multiplayer worlds and experiences. In recent years, they are probably most well-known for Guild Wars 2, Blade and Soul and Lineage 2.

Can I use NCoins in other games, too?

For European accounts the NCoin credit can only be used for Blade & Soul, while if you have a US account you’ll be able to use the 500 NCoins on Aion and on Lineage II, too. NCSoft is currently at work on a new MMORPG titled Throne and Liberty, but as of now it is still in the Closed Beta stage and it’s unknown if it will use NCoins too.

Use Ncoins on the Blade and Soul Battle Pass

One excellent way to spend NCoins is on the Blade and Soul Battle Pass. If you’re not familiar with it, this is a fun in-game event in Blade and Soul that offers your character a series of quests escalating in difficulty for extra rewards. Players can also use NCoins in the in-game store to purchase different items in the Hongmoon Store to assist them with the game, like for example Treasure Trove keys or several kinds of Bundles to improve their character.
