The most-played shooter in the world is back! Call of Duty: Black Ops IIII offers you the option to play together or against your friends like no other Call of Duty game has ever done before!
The release date of this game is October 12th 2018, and it will be released on PlayStation 4, PC, and on Xbox One.
The gameplay
Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 is a multiplayer first-person shooter. The big difference between other Call of Duty games and this one is that Black Ops 4 does not have a single-player mode. On the other hand, this game has two other game modes, Zombies and Black-Out, but also a Battle Royal mode.
Specialists
In Call of Duty: Black Ops IIII the Specialists make their return. These Specialists are unique soldiers with different special powers, skills and capabilities. In the game you can choose between a variety of Specialists, e.g. Prophets, Batteries, and Seraphs. You can also choose from Specialists that you came across in other Call of Duty games, like Recon, Ajax, and Firebreak.
Maps
Next to the returning characters, there are also a couple of well-known and beloved maps that make their return, such as: Jungle, Summit, and Slums. All these maps can be played when this game is launched, except for Nuketown, this one will be released shortly after the release of the game.
Multiplayer
The game mode Multiplayer has been totally rebooted with new tactical gameplay and teamwork. Automatic health regeneration has been taken out of the game, and instead of this system a whole new healing system has been implemented in Call of Duty: Black Ops IIII. In this new healing system all individual players have their own health bar.
Weapons have got their own steady recoil pattern now, and weapons are customizable the way you want them.
Zombies
This year it is the tenth anniversary of the original Call of Duty Zombies mode. This jubilee also means that the Zombies mode of this new game has a great approach to this specific mode. All sub-modes underneath are available when this game is being launched.
- Voyage of Despair: This story unfolds on the Titanic. The main characters have to figure out how and why this enormous cruise ship went to the bottom of the ocean.
- IX: Unfolds in ancient Rome. In Rome one can find a coliseum where human sacrifices were handed to the gods. You have to prevent these sacrifices from happening.
- Blood of the Dead: Continues where fan favourite Mob of the Dead has stopped. In this mode you are in limbo, better known as Alcatraz.
