Will I receive credit equal to the nominal value of the gift card?

Rewarble Gift Cards have management costs included in each card, that amount will be deducted from the available credit upon redeeming. The amount varies depending on the type of card and its amount, it is normally a few percentage points.

I did not receive the code within 10 minutes

If you did not receive your code within 10 minutes, it is possible that the email ended up in your spam folder. Therefore, always check your spam/advertising/promotional folder. It is also possible that we carry out an extra check with certain payments, which means it takes a little longer before you receive your code. This will never be more than 24 hours. As long as we have not sent the code to you, you may of course change your mind and cancel your order. You have 30 days to change your mind, or until you receive your code.

When will I receive my code?

When purchasing a product, the amount must always be paid in advance. You will then receive your order by email. Is something wrong in the order details? Please let us know as soon as possible. Please note that we are not responsible for incomplete telephone payments. Make sure you have enough credit on your phone to successfully complete the payment. Incomplete phone payments will not be refunded. The voucher code is not redeemable for cash and cannot be resold or otherwise exchanged. It will not be replaced if lost, stolen or otherwise used without your consent. Can only be used until the balance of the voucher is depleted.

How do you redeem a Rewarble Crypto Gift Card?

1. Go to the redemption page - Go to the Rewarble redeem page.
2. Enter your code - Fill in your email address and the 16-digit code of your gift card.
   
3. Choose “crypto” as payout - Select the cryptocurrency you want to purchase with your credit, for example BTC, ETH, etc.
4. Enter your wallet address -This is the address of your crypto wallet where you want to receive the funds.
5. Confirm and redeem - Click on “Redeem”. The cryptocurrency is usually sent to your wallet immediately or within a short time.
