What is Pokémon Scarlet?

Pokémon Scarlet is the ninth generation of Pokémon games, alongside 'Pokémon Violet'. These games were specially developed for the Nintendo Switch by Nintendo. In Pokémon Scarlet, you explore the Paldea region, which is based on the nature and culture of Spain and Portugal. This is an open-world game, meaning you explore the game’s environment at your own pace, train your Pokémon your way, battle other trainers’ Pokémon in any order, and participate in one or more of the game’s three storylines.
