The Division 2: Warlords of New York
Ubisoft has come up with a brand new expansion. Are you ready to take out Aaron Keener and his rogue agents? Prepare for new areas, weapons and skills to take down your opponents. This is what you can expect.
Where it all began: New York
The Warlords of New York expansion takes the players back to New York, where it all began. A rogue agent named Aaron Keener has taken control of Manhattan. You get the assignment to take him out, but to catch him you have to take out his four rogue agents in four new districts: Civic Center, Battery Park, the Financial District and Two Bridges. Players familiar with the first game will probably recognize the Cleaner and Riker factions, but what these factions have done lately is for you to discover.
The Warlords of New York Expansion
Expansion has five main missions and a number of side missions. You are free to choose which missions you want to play. There is no fixed structure. This is because your opponent scales with you according to your level. This ensures that you always have a challenge when you start a new mission. The levelcap has been raised to level 40 so the veterans will have to go back to work as well.
The Warlords of New York Gameplay
With a new story comes new weapons and gadgets. For example, the Division 2 DLC comes with an additional specialization that can be unlocked, the firewall specialization makes you the walking lighter. You can use a flamethrower and Cluster grenades to take a large area under fire. And the icing on the cake, you have access to a Striker Ballistic Shield that gives your friends a buff to do more damage. The ultimate combo of defense and attack.
New settings and loot
In the new expansion you have the opportunity to replay three different missions Roosevelt Island, Caption Building and District Union Arena, but then at the highest difficulty level called Legendary. Show your friends who the best player is and get that legendary title to show off. But that's not all, other activities in the game can also be completed in Heroic mode. Which means stronger enemies, extra challenge and more loot.
