If you did not receive your code within 10 minutes, please make sure to check your spam folder, promotional folder or your 'Other Messages' tab to be sure the email did not end up in there.

For some payment methods we use an extra check. Keep in mind that it will take a bit longer before you receive your order. This is the case with:

• PayPal payments (maximum 24 hours);

Your right to cancel purchases and request for a refund depends on the type of product you have purchased at Gamecardsdirect. In principle, the purchase of digital products and digital content is final. This means that, as a rule, no refund will be given unless required by local law or supplier of the specific gift or game card. For all other products, your right of withdrawal expires upon receipt of the code. Digital content that you cannot cancel includes, but is not limited to: Wallet upgrades, games, game extras, subscriptions, shopping gift cards, call credit, prepaid credit, and crypt currency.

I didn't receive the code within 10 minutes

If you haven't received your code within 10 minutes, the email may have ended up in your spam folder. Therefore always check your spam/advertisement/promotional folder. It's also possible that we perform an extra check for certain payment methods, which makes it take a bit longer before you receive your code. This will never be more than 24.

As long as we haven't sent you the code yet, you can of course change your mind and cancel your order. You have 30 days to change your mind, or until you receive your code.

When do I receive my code?

When purchasing a product, the amount always has to be paid in advance, you will then receive your order by email. Something is not correct in the payment details? Please let us know. Please note that we are not responsible for incomplete telephone payments. Make sure you have enough credit on your phone to complete the payment successfully. Incomplete telephone payments will not be reimbursed.

The voucher code is not redeemable for cash and cannot be resold or otherwise exchanged. It will not be replaced if it is lost, stolen or otherwise used without your permission. Can only be used once.

Redeem your US iTunes Card via iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch

Do you want to redeem your US App Store or iTunes card? There is nothing easier. Just follow the simple instructions below and in a few seconds your account will be topped up. And you can do it anywhere, anytime! How convenient is that?

1. Open the App Store on your iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch;
2. Tap My account or your profile picture in the top right corner;

Redeem the US App Store Card via a Mac or PC

Do you want to redeem your code via your Mac or PC? That is possible, too. Enjoy your own music at home, watch the latest movies right from your couch or listen to a good audiobook. Follow these steps below to top up your Apple ID balance:

1. Open iTunes or the App Store;
2. App Store: log in with your Apple ID, click on your account name or profile picture at the bottom in the left corner and then on Redeem gift voucher.
3. iTunes: choose Account, go to Redeem and log in with your Apple ID from the menu bar at the top of the screen or the iTunes window;
   
   
   
   
4. Enter the 16-character code (starting with an X);
   
   
   
   
5. After completion you will immediately have the credit in your account. Have fun!

Redeem the App Store and iTunes Card via your Android phone

On your Android phone you can redeem the iTunes Card for an Apple Music subscription. Follow the steps below to listen to unlimited music via the Apple Music app:

1. Open the Apple Music app;
2. At the bottom of the screen, tap Library, For you, Discover, or Radio.
3. Tap the menu button and then Account Settings. If you do not see this, first log in with your Apple ID;
4. Choose the option Redeem gift card or code;
5. Enter the code and click Redeem;
6. You will be asked if you want to redeem the gift voucher for a monthly subscription. If you do not choose this option, the gift voucher will be exchanged for Apple ID credit. This credit will be used every month until the balance is insufficient to pay for the following month.
