Your right to cancel purchases and request for a refund depends on the type of product you have purchased at Gamecardsdirect. In principle, the purchase of digital products and digital content is final. This means that, as a rule, no refund will be given unless required by local law or supplier of the specific gift or game card. For all other products, your right of withdrawal expires upon receipt of the code. Digital content that you cannot cancel includes, but is not limited to: Wallet upgrades, games, game extras, subscriptions, shopping gift cards, call credit, prepaid credit, and crypt currency.

I didn't receive the code within 10 minutes

If you haven't received your code within 10 minutes, the email may have ended up in your spam folder. Therefore always check your spam/advertisement/promotional folder. It's also possible that we perform an extra check for certain payment methods, which makes it take a bit longer before you receive your code. This will never be more than 24.

As long as we haven't sent you the code yet, you can of course change your mind and cancel your order. You have 30 days to change your mind, or until you receive your code.

When do I receive my code?

When purchasing a product, the amount always has to be paid in advance, you will then receive your order by email. Something is not correct in the payment details? Please let us know. Please note that we are not responsible for incomplete telephone payments. Make sure you have enough credit on your phone to complete the payment successfully. Incomplete telephone payments will not be reimbursed.

The voucher code is not redeemable for cash and cannot be resold or otherwise exchanged. It will not be replaced if it is lost, stolen or otherwise used without your permission. Can only be used once.

Redeeming your App Store & iTunes-code via your iPhone, iPad or iPod is easy, because you can do this anytime and anywhere. Are you on the road and do you want to listen to an audiobook or quickly download a game? Make sure you always have credit in your account ;). Follow these steps below to top-up your credit right away:

1. Open the App Store on your iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch;
2. Tap My account or click your profile picture in the top right corner;
3. Choose Redeem Gift Card or Code;
4. Enter the 16-character code that you received per email from Gamecardsdirect;
5. Complete the redeeming process and you’re done, enjoy!

Redeem the App Store & iTunes Card via a Mac or PC. Follow these steps below to top up your Apple ID balance:

1. Open iTunes or the App Store;
2. App Store: log in with your Apple ID, click on your account name or profile picture in the top right corner and then on Redeem gift voucher;
3. iTunes: choose Account, go to Redeem and log in with your Apple ID from the menu bar at the top of the screen or the iTunes window;
4. Enter the 16-character code (starting with an X).

After completion you will immediately have the credit in your account. Have fun!
