Your right to cancel purchases and request a refund depends on the type of product you purchased from Gamecardsdirect. The purchase of digital products and digital content is final. This means that no refunds will be given unless required by local law or the supplier of the specific gift or game card. For all other products, your right of withdrawal expires upon receipt of the code. Digital content that cannot be cancelled includes, but is not limited to: wallet top-ups, games, game extras, subscriptions, shopping gift cards, calling credit, prepaid credit and crypto currency.

I did not receive my code within 10 minutes

If you did not receive your code within 10 minutes, the code e-mail may have ended up in your spam folder. Therefore, please check your spam, advertising, or promotional folder. It is also possible that for some orders we carry out an extra check, which means it will take a little longer before you receive your code, but this will never be more than 24 hours. Until we have sent you the code, you can of course change your mind and cancel your order. You have a 30-day cooling-off period or until you receive your code.

When will I receive my code?
