What is Indiana Jones and the Great Circle?
Archaeology is usually not a very exciting or eventful profession. But when you wear a leather jacket, a fedora hat and a whip, and your name is Indiana Jones, things are bound to be different. This time our favourite professor/archaeologist/adventurer discovers a mystery in the Vatican archives. Apparently several ancient sites of spiritual significance have been built around the globe, forming a perfect circle. This seems to be the key to unlocking a great power, and naturally the Nazis are after it. Time to grab your trusty whip and set off for an adventurous journey through several famous locales all over the world, like Thailand, the Pyramids in Egypt, Shanghai and the Himalaya.
Indiana Jones and the Great Circle is a temporary exclusive to Xbox X|S and Windows, with a later PS5 release scheduled for Spring 2025. The game will also be included in the Xbox Game Pass PC and Ultimate from Day One, while the Standard version doesn’t have access to Day 1 games.
What is included in the Standard Edition?
The Standard Edition of the Great Circle doesn’t really come with any extra content, you get the game and the game only. You could buy the Premium Edition if you want the additional stuff, or you can also add the DLC later with the Premium Upgrade.

What kind of game is Indiana Jones and the Great Circle?
Indiana Jones got his share of videogames during the years, including graphical adventures, action games, text adventures and even some excellent LEGO adaptations. But there has not been any Indy games in about 15 years, so what can we expect from the Great Circle? It is a first person adventure game, with elements of stealth, platforming and combat. Indy will mostly use his wit and physical prowess to solve situations, but sometimes a gun is the best option. True to movie lore, Indy is not afraid to use a gun but will only do so as a last recourse, so don’t expect this game to be a shooter.
