Digital gift codes, what are they and how do they work?
With an online voucher or a digital voucher, you can increase your credit and then use it as a payment method in various webshops. We offer a large range of game/gift cards and prepaid credits, from PlayStation Network Cards to Zalando Gift Cards. Check out our webshop for our full offer.
Codes are usually sent immediately upon completion of the order, so you can expect them in your mailbox in a matter of minutes at most. It may take longer if we need to verify a payment, for security reasons.
We accept many payment methods, you can see the full list when checking out. The most common ones are bank transfer, VISA/Mastercard and PayPal, but each country also has specific methods. You can check all of them on our Payment Methods page.
As all our products are sent by e-mail directly, there are no charges for the delivery.
Our gift cards are normally always in stock. Sometimes a few products can go out of stock for technical reasons, if this happens please wait and come back another day. In some cases you can opt for another gift card to buy the desired product. PaysafeCard, for example, can be used to add funds to Steam and other sites. You can always call us, we’ll try to work out a solution for you.
When you place an order you will see a confirmation screen. If you don’t receive our email after that, the first thing to do is to check your spam folder, and make sure at least 10 minutes have passed (sometimes the email may be a little delayed). If nothing works, please contact us.
If you did not receive an email with your order, or if you are not receiving any other emails from us, please add us to your list of contacts. Some email providers and/or virus scanners will see our e-mail address as spam and prevent you from receiving emails from us.
The problem will be solved after adding our email address as a contact. Our email address is [email protected].
There can be a lot of reasons for that. If something doesn’t go right, please contact us and our customer service will be happy to investigate the issue and help. You can write to [email protected], or call us directly at +31 (0)85-0477536 during office hours.
Do you get an “invalid or already used code” message? Take a screenshot and please contact us as stated above. After inspection, you will receive a new code or a full refund.
Always check your spam mailbox if you can't find your order right away. Is it not in your spam inbox? Then contact our customer support. You can do so via email to [email protected] or by calling +31(0)85-0477536.
Changes are not possible. You can cancel your order, but only if you haven’t received your code yet.
Returning digital codes is not possible. Only when you haven't received your code yet, you can contact us for a cancellation of our order.
Unfortunately, you cannot pick up your card in person. We do not sell physical cards and do not have a physical store to shop at.
In case you would prefer to receive a VAT invoice, please send us an email with the necessary invoice details.
