Neosurf FAQ
Neosurf is a safe and easy-to-use payment method. You can use the prepaid card directly or add funds to your account.
With a Neosurf Card, you can pay for (online) games and services using the code that you received from us in your inbox.
You can buy a Neosurf Card safe and easy in the Gamecardsdirect webshop. Go to Gift Cards > Prepaid Cards > Neosurf and choose the value you wish to purchase.
You can use a Neosurf Card to top up your Neosurf Balance. Go to Myneosurf.com, log in and click on the button that says “Deposit”. As payment type, select Neosurf prepaid card. Follow the instructions and complete the deposit.
You can check your Neosurf balance when you go to neosurf.com. At the top right, you can choose the option to check the balance of your card.
If you have an account at myneosurf.com, it is possible to use multiple Neosurf Cards. You can add them one by one by making a deposit.
You can redeem your Neosurf voucher directly as a payment method, or make a deposit with your Neosurf account first. For the first method, go to the website you wish to purchase from and select Neosurf as a payment method and enter the 10-digit code. For the latter, simply make a deposit in you Neosurf account.
