Your right to cancel purchases and request a refund depends on the type of product you purchased at Gamecardsdirect.com. In principle, the purchase of digital products and digital content is final. This means that no refund is given unless required by local law or supplier of the specific gift or game card. For all other products, your right of withdrawal expires upon receipt of the code. Digital content that you cannot cancel includes, but is not limited to: Wallet Top Ups, games, game extras, subscriptions, shopping gift cards, calling credit, prepaid credit and crypto currency.

I didn't receive the code within 10 minutes

If you did not receive your code within 10 minutes, it is possible that the email ended up in your spam folder. Therefore, check your spam/advertising/promotional folder. It is also possible that we carry out an extra check with certain payment methods, as a result of which it takes a little longer before you receive your code. This will never be more than 24 hours.

As long as we haven't sent you the code, you can of course change your mind and cancel your order. You have 30 days to change your mind, or until you receive your code.

When will I receive my code?

When purchasing a product, the amount must always be paid in advance, you will then receive your order by email. Is something wrong in the payment details? Please let us know. Please note that we are not responsible for incomplete telephone payments. Make sure you have enough credit on your phone to successfully complete the payment. Incomplete phone payments will not be refunded.

This voucher code is not redeemable for cash and cannot be resold or otherwise exchanged. Will not be replaced if lost, stolen or otherwise redeemed without your permission. Can only be used once.

How to top up your PCS Mastercard account?

Top up your prepaid credit card from PCS with a Top Up voucher, simple and easy. Select the amount of credit you wish to put on your credit card and receive immediately your code after payment. Please note that you need a credit card from PCS in order to use this digital product!

This is how you top up your PCS Mastercard with our PCS Vouchers:

1. Go to the website of PCS Mastercard;
2. Log in, or create a customer account by entering your card number and your phone number;
3. Click 'Next' (Suivant);
4. Choose the option 'Reload card';
5. Enter the code you received from Gamecardsdirect via email;
6. Proceed and complete the process. Your credit is now added.

Do you have the mobile app? Then you can redeem the code as instructed below:

1. Open your mobile app “My PCS”;
2. Choose for “Reload card”;
3. Complete the process. You have now successfully added the credit to your account.

PLEASE NOTE: you purchase the Top Up Creacard for PCS Mastercard. With this, you do NOT purchase a debit card. For acquiring the prepaid mastercard, please do this first at PCS. You can pay by using Maestro, Carte Bleue, Carte Bancaire, Visa (Electron) and Mastercard.
