Will I receive credit equal to the nominal value of the gift card?

Rewarble Gift Cards have management costs included in each card, that amount will be deducted from the available credit upon redeeming. The amount varies depending on the type of card and its amount, it is normally a few percentage points.

I did not receive the code within 10 minutes

If you did not receive your code within 10 minutes, it is possible that the email ended up in your spam folder. Therefore, always check your spam/advertising/promotional folder. It is also possible that we carry out an extra check with certain payments, which means it takes a little longer before you receive your code. This will never be more than 24 hours. As long as we have not sent the code to you, you may of course change your mind and cancel your order. You have 30 days to change your mind, or until you receive your code.

When will I receive my code?
