Where can you redeem it?

First of all, go to the page with an overview of all our redemption locations and choose your favourite place to spend your gift card. We understand this may be difficult with so many wonderful locations, but eventually you will make your choice. This could be a brewery, beer shop, liquor store, webshop, or perhaps a tasting room/hospitality venue. On this page, you can filter between the different locations and also search by your hometown. Once you have made your choice, visit the location (online or physical) and select the finest beers.

Redeeming in person?

Once you have made your choice, you can select your favourite beers at the location and either pay for them or, of course, enjoy them on the spot before settling the bill. At the checkout, the staff member at the beer location can scan your Biercheque, after which the required amount will be deducted from the card. If the value of your order is higher than the balance on the gift card, you can simply pay the remaining amount separately. If the value of your order is lower than the balance on the gift card, the remaining balance will stay available during the validity period (2 years after activation).

Redeeming online?

If you have never redeemed a gift card online before, it can sometimes be challenging to find the right place to enter the code. Webshops often contain various code fields, so to avoid confusion we would like to explain where to enter the Biercheque code.
The Biercheque falls under the category “payment methods/gift cards”. This means the option to enter the Biercheque usually appears as one of the final steps during the checkout process. After the shopping basket, you will reach the “checkout” section, where you will often find the option to redeem the Biercheque code.
For this, you will need the 19-digit code (located below the barcode) and the internet verification code. On the digital gift card, you can find this at the bottom, while on the physical gift card it is located underneath the scratch panel on the card.

Due to Dutch legislation, you cannot spend more than €50 online per order. You can find more information here about why this regulation exists. Problem with your order?

Usually everything goes smoothly, but of course it is always possible for something to go wrong during payment. It may happen that the transaction amount has already been deducted from the gift card, making it seem as though the balance has disappeared. The system simply needs some time to correct this automatically. If it takes longer than 24 hours, you can always contact us so we can help you and make sure you can complete your order.
