This voucher is only redeemable at Dutch websites. Biercheques are accepted by many affiliated partners and are for private use only.

The Beer Voucher is activated after receipt of payment, after which it will contain a value. The code can be cashed as a rule after 24 hours, but no later than 48 hours after activation.

Your right to cancel purchases and request a refund depends on the type of product you purchased at Gamecardsdirect.com. The purchase of digital products and digital content is final. This means that no refund is given unless required by local law or supplier of the specific gift or game card. For all other products, your right of withdrawal expires upon receipt of the code. Digital content that you cannot cancel includes, but is not limited to: Wallet Top Ups, games, game extras, subscriptions, shopping gift cards, calling credit, prepaid credit, and cryptocurrency.

I didn't receive the code within 10 minutes

If you did not receive your code within 10 minutes, it is possible that the email ended up in your spam folder. Therefore, check your spam/advertising/promotional folder. It is also possible that we carry out an extra check for some orders, as a result of which it takes a little longer before you receive your code. This will never be more than 24 hours.

As long as we haven't sent you the code, you can of course change your mind and cancel your order. You have 30 days to change your mind, or until you receive your code.

When will I receive my code?

When purchasing a product, the amount must always be paid in advance, you will then receive your order by email. Is something wrong with the payment details? Please let us know. Please note that we are not responsible for incomplete telephone payments. Make sure you have enough credit on your phone to successfully complete the payment. Incomplete phone payments will not be refunded.

This voucher code is not redeemable for cash and cannot be resold or otherwise exchanged. Will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or otherwise redeemed without your permission. Can only be used once.

How and where can I enter the code if I want to redeem the Beer Voucher online?

In a large number of webshops where you can order your beers, it is possible to enter the Biercheque code. This can be done at the checkout.

How to redeem the Biercheque online?

1. Put together your order and go to the shopping cart;
2. Click 'checkout' and enter your shipping information;
3. Click 'continue to shipping' and choose your shipping method;
4. Click 'proceed to payment' and choose Biercheque (bottom choice) as your payment method;
5. You will be redirected to the payment provider, here you can enter the Biercheque code and pay the remaining amount.

NOTE: if you do not pay the remaining amount (the amount of the order above the value of the Biercheque) on time, the order will automatically be canceled by the payment provider.
