Use your paysafe PIN to pay directly at your favourite online store. Pay online for goods or services without an account. You can also use this PIN as a top-up for your Dutch paysafe account.

PaysafeCard prepaid code customers without a PaysafeCard account are subject to a maintenance fee of 3 EUR or equivalent in voucher currency if their voucher is not fully redeemed within 30 days of purchase. This fee will be charged monthly until the voucher balance is empty.

In order to avoid any issues for our customers we are inviting them to load their codes into their PaysafeCard account where we only apply a maintenance fee if the account stays inactive for more than 12 months.

For the distribution of PaysafeCard codes it is important to understand that the maintenance fee is calculated from the moment the PaysafeCard pin is requested via pin on demand.

We therefore would like to remind you to avoid that codes are printed in advance and given to the customer on a later stage. Please make sure to cancel all PaysafeCard codes the lates 29 days after the moment of purchase.

For all PaysafeCard  codes sold starting July 1st, 2022, the first maintenance fee will be applied 30 days later.

This product can only be used for Dutch accounts. However, the Paysafe PIN code can be used directly as a payment method at numerous webshops/websites. This code is non-refundable. The right of return expires upon receipt of the code. For any payment offered in currencies other than Euro, the currency will be converted into Euro, taking into account the exchange rates applicable on that date.

Gamecardsdirect has no influence on the payment portals of external websites. You are responsible for your own purchases and need to check beforehand whether you are able to redeem the PaysafeCard PIN at the website you wish to buy from. Once received, digital codes cannot be returned. If the service or webshop in question displays an error message, it is best to contact its customer service and inform them of this.

If the PIN is lost, you will not receive a new code. In case of suspicion of fraud, deliberate or gross negligence on the part of the customer, Paysafe may choose to block the account. In this case, please contact Paysafe by phone or e-mail ([email protected]). Do you have questions about redeeming your code or have you not received your code within 10 minutes? Your right to cancel purchases and request a refund depends on the type of product you have purchased from Gamecardsdirect. In principle, the purchase of digital products and digital content is final. This means that, as a rule, no refund will be given unless required by local law or supplier of the specific gift or game card. For all other products, your right of withdrawal expires upon receipt of the code. Digital content that you cannot cancel includes, but is not limited to: Wallet upgrades, games, game extras, subscriptions, shopping gift cards, call credit, prepaid credit, and crypt currency.

I didn't receive the code within 10 minutes

If you didn't receive your code within 10 minutes, the email may have ended up in your spam folder. Therefore always check your spam/advertisement/promotional folder. It's also possible that we perform an extra check for certain payment methods, which makes it take a bit longer before you receive your code. This will never be more than 24.

As long as we haven't sent you the code yet, you can of course change your mind and cancel your order. You have 30 days to change your mind, or until you receive your code.

When do I receive my code?

When purchasing a product, the amount always has to be paid in advance, you will then receive your order by email. Something not correct in the payment details? Please let us know. Note that we are not responsible for incomplete telephone payments. Make sure you have enough credit on your phone to complete the payment successfully. Incomplete telephone payments will not be reimbursed.

The voucher code is not redeemable for cash and cannot be resold or otherwise exchanged. It will not be replaced if it is lost, stolen or otherwise used without your consent. Can only be used once.
