This means that no refund is given unless required by local law or the supplier of the specific gift or game card. For all other products, your right of withdrawal expires upon receipt of the code. Digital content that you cannot cancel includes, but is not limited to: Wallet Top Ups, games, game extras, subscriptions, shopping gift cards, calling credit, prepaid credit, and cryptocurrency.

I didn't receive the code within 10 minutes

If you did not receive your code within 10 minutes, it is possible that the email ended up in your spam folder. Therefore, check your spam/advertising/promotional folder. It is also possible that we carry out an extra check for some orders, as a result of which it takes a little longer before you receive your code. This will never be more than 24 hours.

As long as we haven't sent you the code, you can of course change your mind and cancel your order. You have 30 days to change your mind, or until you receive your code.

When will I receive my code?

When purchasing a product, the amount must always be paid in advance, you will then receive your order by email. Is something wrong with the payment details? Please let us know. Incomplete phone payments will not be refunded.
