For all other products, your right of withdrawal expires upon receipt of the code. Digital content that you cannot cancel includes, but is not limited to: Wallet upgrades, games, DLCs, subscriptions, shopping gift cards, calling credit, prepaid credit and crypto currency.
I did not receive the code within 10 minutes
If you did not receive the code within 10 minutes, the email may have been delivered to your spam folder. Please always check your spam/advertising/unwanted email folder. It is also possible that we carry out an extra check for certain orders, as a result of which it takes a little longer before you receive your code. This will never be longer than 24 hours.
As long as we haven't sent you the code, you can of course change your mind and cancel your order. You have 30 days to change your mind, or until you receive your code.
When will I receive my code?
