Pokémon Shield Expansion Pass

Your adventure continues with the Pokémon Shield Expansion Pass, containing new stories to experience, new Pokémon to encounter, and new Wild Areas to explore! You’ll even meet new and returning Legendary Pokémon along the way! The Expansion Pass contains two expansions, releasing in summer 2020 and autumn 2020 respectively.

When you purchase the Pokémon Shield Expansion Pass, you’ll receive “Pikachu Uniform” and “Eevee Uniform” as a purchase bonus.

• When you purchase the Pokémon Shield Expansion Pass, you will receive an email to the address registered on your Nintendo account containing a serial code. Select “Mystery Gift” and “Get with Code/Password” from the in-game menu and enter the serial code.
• “Mystery Gifts” will be displayed in the menu when you visit the first Pokémon Center in the game. (Approximate play time: 1 hour)
• Subscription to Nintendo Switch Online (paid) is not required.
• Only one Pikachu Uniform and Eevee Uniform serial code can be used per save data. Each costume cannot be used for multiple save data.

Your right to cancel purchases and request a refund depends on the type of product you purchased at Gamecardsdirect.com. In principle, the purchase of digital products and digital content is final. This means that no refund is given unless required by local law or supplier of the specific gift or game card. For all other products, your right of withdrawal expires upon receipt of the code. Digital content that you cannot cancel includes, but is not limited to: Wallet Top Ups, games, game extras, subscriptions, shopping gift cards, calling credit, prepaid credit and crypto currency.

I didn't receive the code within 10 minutes

If you did not receive your code within 10 minutes, it is possible that the email ended up in your spam folder. Therefore, check your spam/advertising/promotional folder. It is also possible that we carry out an extra check with certain payment methods, as a result of which it takes a little longer before you receive your code. This will never be more than 24 hours.

As long as we haven't sent you the code, you can of course change your mind and cancel your order. You have 30 days to change your mind, or until you receive your code.

When will I receive my code?

When purchasing a product, the amount must always be paid in advance, you will then receive your order by email. Is something wrong in the payment details? Please let us know. Please note that we are not responsible for incomplete telephone payments. Make sure you have enough credit on your phone to successfully complete the payment. Incomplete phone payments will not be refunded.

This voucher code is not redeemable for cash and cannot be resold or otherwise exchanged. Will not be replaced if lost, stolen or otherwise redeemed without your permission. Can only be used once.

Nintendo Switch Game / DLC download:

1. Navigate to Nintendo eShop from the HOME Menu on your Nintendo Switch.
2. Click on MENU.
3. Please then choose DOWNLOADCODE INSERT.
4. enter the download code of sixteen characters and confirm with OKÉ.

You're done, the game will now be downloaded to your Nintendo Switch Console. The download time can vary and depends on your internet connection.
