Your right to cancel purchases and request a refund depends on the type of product that you purchased from Gamecardsdirect. In principle, the purchase of digital products and digital content is final. This means that, as a rule, no refunds will be given unless required by local law or supplier of the specific gift or game card. For all other products, your right of withdrawal expires upon receipt of the code. Digital content that you cannot cancel includes, but is not limited to: Wallet upgrades, games, DLCs, subscriptions, shopping gift cards, calling credit, prepaid credit and crypto currency.

I did not receive the code within 10 minutes

If you did not receive the code within 10 minutes, the email may have been delivered to your spam folder. Please always check your spam/advertising/unwanted email folder. It is also possible that we carry out an extra check for certain orders, as a result of which it takes a little longer before you receive your code. This will never be longer than 24 hours.

As long as we haven't sent you the code, you can of course change your mind and cancel your order. You have 30 days to change your mind, or until you receive your code.

When will I receive my code?

When purchasing a product, the amount must always be paid in advance, and you will receive your order by email. Is there something wrong in the payment details? Please let us know as soon as possible. Please note: we are not responsible for incomplete (telephone) payments. Make sure you have enough credit to successfully complete the payment. Incomplete payments will not be reimbursed.

The voucher code is not redeemable for money and cannot be resold or otherwise exchanged. A digital product will not be replaced if it is lost, stolen or otherwise redeemed without your consent. Can only be used once.
