Didn't receive your codes within 10 minutes? Please note that it may take a little longer if you use another payment method, such as PayPal.

It is also possible that your email with the code is in the spam folder or the commercial folder. Is the email not in one of these folders? Please feel free to contact us.

How to redeem a Zalando gift code?

Redeeming a Zalando gift card is simple. You do this as follows:

1. Go to www.zalando.nl and log in to your account;
2. Don't have a Zalando account yet? Then we recommend you to create an account first;
3. Then select in the menu on the left the option ‘My Gift Voucher’;
4. Enter the Zalando prepaid code and then click on 'Redeem Gift Voucher'.
