When do I receive my code?

Whenever you buy a code at Gamecardsdirect, you always pay before receiving the actual code. You receive your purchase by email. I did not receive my code within 10 minutes

When the code is not in your email box within 10 minutes, it could be that your order ended up in your spam folder. Make sure to check the spam/advertisement/promo folder first. If you have not yet created an ArenaNet account, you can use your code here to create a new account.

If you purchased Path of Fire, Heart of Thorns, or End of Dragons and want to add it to an existing account, you can do so through your Account Management page:

1. Log in to the Account Management page with your ArenaNet account;
2. Click on the REDEEM A CODE button on the 'Overview' page;
3. Enter your code or copy and paste it into the Enter Registration Code field;
4. Click SUBMIT to redeem the code and add it to your account.

You will see your upgrade when you log in again. If you are logged in while redeeming the code, you may need to exit and re-start the game before the new content appears.

Instructions for Windows keys via Microsoft store:

1. Open the Microsoft Store.
2. Select your personal icon at the top of the app and then select Redeem code or gift cards.
3. Enter the 25-character code, and then select Redeem. Don’t worry about hyphens, the system takes care of those for you.
